❓ Is it possible to make an urgent order?

Yes. We accept urgent bookings for situations when quick cleaning is needed — for example, if a stain has just appeared and you want to prevent it from setting into the fabric. This is especially important for natural materials such as wool. In such cases, we do our best to arrive the same day or evening, or the next day at the latest, including weekends.

❓ Do you have a minimum order amount?

Yes. Our minimum order amount is €70.
This covers not only the cleaning service, but also the technician's travel time and equipment setup — even for smaller jobs.

❓ Do you offer eco-friendly cleaning options?

Yes, we offer eco-friendly cleaning options for customers who prefer environmentally-conscious solutions.

❓ How long is the carpet and upholstery drying?

Drying time usually takes between 6 to 12 hours, depending on the fabric type, room ventilation, and humidity.
We use professional equipment that extracts most of the moisture, so your carpets and sofas dry faster.

❓ How likely is it you’ll be able to get my stain out?

With years of experience and some of the best equipment in the industry, we have high rates of success at stain removal. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee we will be able to remove every stain, however we will let you know whether we believe we can get a stain out at quotation.

❓ Are you removing odors?

Yes! We use deep-cleaning solutions and deodorizing treatments that not only clean but neutralize unpleasant odors — including pet smells, smoke, and food spills.

❓ Is there anything I need to prepare before cleaning my carpet?

No special prep needed. You can leave furniture in place — we carefully clean around it and focus on all open, accessible areas. Just remove small or fragile items if possible.

❓ Can you give me a quotation over the phone?

Yes, there is no need for us to visit your home. Commercial property may require a site visit.
