These Terms & Conditions apply to all cleaning services provided by Elite Gleam Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning (“we”, “our”, “us”).
By booking our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Services

We provide professional carpet, upholstery, rug, and mattress cleaning services using certified equipment and cleaning solutions.
While every effort is made to achieve the best possible results, complete stain or odour removal cannot be guaranteed in all cases due to factors such as fabric type, age, or previous treatments.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are based on the information provided by the customer at the time of booking.
If the actual area, size, or condition differs significantly from the description, the final price may be adjusted accordingly.
A booking deposit may be required to confirm the appointment.
The remaining balance (if any) is due on the day of service, upon completion.
Payments can be made via cash, bank transfer, or other agreed methods.

4. Promotional Offers

All promotional offers apply only to the specific services mentioned in each promotion.
Discounts, offers, and special deals cannot be combined or used together unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Each offer is valid only within its specified time frame and may require a minimum order amount.
We reserve the right to modify or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance.
Short-notice cancellations or missed appointments may result in the loss of a booking deposit or a call-out fee.

6. Liability

We are fully insured and take every precaution to protect your property.
However, we cannot accept responsibility for pre-existing damage, loose seams, shrinkage, or colour fading caused by previous cleaning attempts, improper maintenance, or manufacturer defects.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.
